My son and I love spaghetti squash.
The huge problem is that it takes FOREVER to make. And, I’m usually in a huge hurry to get dinner on the table, and the hour it takes to bake, doesn’t fit into our schedule too well. So, I end up not buying it in the grocery store. But, since my son loves it, and I got my new Instant Pot. I can not make it in less than 25% of the time.
The best thing about spaghetti squash is that you can substitute it for regular spaghetti, which is great for gluten free, paleo free. All you need to do is add gravy or butter to make it a complete meal.

Now, this is the simplest ingredient list, that you will ever find, all you need is:
1 cup of water
Cut the spaghetti squash lengthwise, so that it fits inside the Instant Pot (IP)
Empty the seeds from the squash-using a spoon
Put the spaghetti squash into the Instant Pot (IP)
Add 1 cup of water over the squash
Attach the lid, and make sure that the vent is closed
Set it for manual-5 minutes
When the 5 minutes are up, turn the vent so it will steam out
It should take about 5-6 minutes for it to self-vent
Using your fork, make sure it is soft and you can use a fork and empty the squash into a bowl
Top with seasonings, sauce or cheese and
