Spread it so it looks even. Add your Instant Pot Lid, close the valve to the sealed position, and set the pressure cook cooking time for 10 minutes at high pressure; the vent should be sealed. Let it go and naturally release.

Then remove the Instant Pot Lid, transfer it to a large serving bowl, or scoop into individual serving bowls, and serve with your favorite vanilla ice cream.

Can I Use Fresh Peaches

Today, I used straightforward ingredients to make this Instant Pot Peach Cobbler Recipe, and most of the items can be purchased and stored until it’s ready for a great dessert.

But you can also use fresh peaches for this recipe. Dice a couple of fresh peaches up, remove the core, and follow the recipe exactly as below. You can also use homemade peach pie filling.

How To Serve Leftover Instant Pot Peach Cobbler

Storing Instant Pot peach cobbler properly helps maintain its freshness and flavor. Here’s how to do it:

If you plan to consume the cobbler within a few hours or the same day it’s baked, you can store it at room temperature, covered with a clean kitchen towel, or loosely with aluminum foil. Make sure it’s in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

  • Refrigerator: If you have leftover cobbler and want to keep it for a few days, refrigerate it. Place the cobbler in an airtight container or cover the baking dish tightly with plastic wrap. Refrigeration helps slow down the spoilage process. It’s best to consume refrigerated peach cobbler within 3 to 4 days.
  • Freezer: To store peach cobbler for an extended period, you can freeze it. Here’s how:
    • Allow the cobbler to cool completely to room temperature.
    • Cut it into individual servings or portions, if desired.
    • Wrap each piece tightly in plastic wrap to prevent freezer burn.
    • Place the wrapped portions in an airtight container or a resealable freezer bag.
    • Label the container or bag with the date to keep track of freshness.
    • Store in the freezer for up to 2-3 months.

When ready to enjoy your frozen peach cobbler, remove the desired portion from the freezer and thaw it in the refrigerator overnight. Reheat it in the microwave or oven for a warm, comforting dessert.
